The Niagara Falls are renowned world-wide for their beauty. Thousands of couples from all over the world come here to romance in their vicinity, declare their love, get married or spend their honeymoon.
For residents in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area, Niagara Falls has always been the top choice for escaping the urban stress and forgetting their worries for a day or two. Many couples retreat for a weekend a few times a year by checking into a hotel in Niagara Falls to rejuvenate and re-kindle their relationships.
The city of Niagara Falls, Ontario retains a motel culture, a remnant of the age of the automobile in the 1960s and the 1970s. Many mom and pop style motels are still concentrated along Lundy’s Lane, but today, major brands such as Wyndham Hotels, have steadily moved in.
Some hotels and motels conform to a curious demand from local patrons — that of a heart-shaped bath-tub. In this article, I discuss only those hotels and motels that offer a heart-shaped jacuzzi, because there are only a few such rooms left in Niagara Falls.
The most of the hotels in this article are located on Lundy’s Lane, which becomes Ferry St after crossing Main St in Niagara Falls. Ferry St becomes Victoria Ave as it passes through the Clifton Entertainment Area.
