Jeddah Airport is undergoing a massive expansion and upgrade to annually accommodate over 80 million passengers by 2035. While the current North and South Terminals continue to operate, a new terminal is being constructed just east of the South Terminal, spread over an area of 200 acres. The new terminal will integrate multimodal transport facilities, a mosque, and a hotel with 120 suites.
