Makes me really grateful that I don’t live in Canada! Do not miss subzero temperatures in the slightest. Our temps in the 20s is bad enough for me. |

I understand Lee - although, I only live 45 miles from the border at Niagara Falls Frigid temperatures are not much of a problem but it’s not that easy to keep spirits up when one doesn’t get see the sun for days ! |

Jaffer — Here in Pennsylvania, we are enjoying a relatively mild winter. Temps in the high 30’s and almost no snow this season. Jeff from View from the Cloud lives in St. Cloud, Minnesota and he says they’re in a deep freeze. I checked his weather and the actual temp is -8 degrees, with a real feel of -30. I’ll send you some virtual warmth. |

Oh it’s become colder since this morning when I came back from Toronto ! Its -13 C but with gusts at 40km/h, it feels like -24 C. Right now I am tucked comfy next to my handy space-heater ! I’ll give Jeff a shout. |

“it’s not that easy to keep spirits up when one doesn’t get see the sun for days” Welcome to the Bloke’s world Jaffer, although today it is nice and sunny. Not too cold either, but the wind factor is another thing. Brrrrrrrr! |

Just so you know, it’s cold in North Carolina too. Also, there’s a little something waiting for you over at Tar Heel Ramblings. |
